The first of these items is the initial evalutation. During your initial evaluation you will be examined by an independent physician or orthpedic surgeon to assess the extent of your injuries.<\/p><p>Once your evaluation has been completed, the doctor will recommend a course of treatment. Your employer will require a detailed evaluation and diagnosis of your injuries, and a recommended treatment plan from your evaluating doctor.
