This procedure utilizes a new technology that allows for 360 degrees of deformity to be corrected.<\/p><p>He decided to start performing the Lapiplasty, or 3D Bunion Correction surgery, <b>because of its unique way of correcting the bunion deformity.<\/b><\/p><p>In regular bunion correction surgery, the joint of the big toe is fused and\/or \u201cshaved\u201d down to remove the bump. The technology offered by the Lapiplasty allows Dr. Lindow to more easily treat the entire deformity.
