It was a great event with wonderful participants. <b>I was personally very excited to see people out on a Saturday taking control of their own wellness and health.&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>These brave individuals learned about yoga and participated in a guided class.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Peyton Fisher of the Peyton Fisher Yoga Company was the resident yogi and did a wonderful job of assisting the students and teaching them. Peyton is one of the nation\u2019s best yoga instructors in my opinion.<\/p>\n<p>I taught a brief lecture on the history of yoga, <b>what it actually is and the many proven health benefits.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-09922f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-html\" data-id=\"09922f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"html.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=314&href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fwarnerorthopedics%2Fvideos%2F1022406075284140%2F&show_text=false&width=560&t=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; width: 100%; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: inherit; font-family: Raleway, 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 27px; font-weight: 900; text-transform: uppercase;\">We Teach Yoga For All Skill Levels<\/span><\/div><p>Peyton and I together are able to provide <b>personal modifications<\/b> for all asanas (poses and positions) as indicated by each student\u2019s limitations and needs.<\/p><p>For example, we modified the down-facing dog position for many participants due to limits in core strength, ankle ROM, knee arthritis, spinal issues and deconditioning.<\/p><p>Peyton and I have a philosophy together that if a student just comes to class and simply moves a benefit will be derived. <b>We teach the breathing mechanisms of yoga and these may be mastered by all.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p>Most of the primary health benefits of yoga are due to the breathing techniques.<\/p><h2>How We Adapt Yoga To Your Needs<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-258bcda elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"258bcda\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-7b099f4\" data-id=\"7b099f4\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-32b37e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"32b37e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div style=\"display: block;
