It\u2019s also been shown that higher levels of fat throughout the body are correlated with higher levels within the bone marrow. This can weaken the bones, leading to a decrease in bone density and quality.<\/p><p>So, not only will the loss of adipose tissue decrease inflammation, but studies show that consistent exercise can actually reduce chronic pain associated with arthritis and also benefit bone density.
